I have been without a subwoofer for over 10 years what was I thinking. Great speaker good to be getting into movies again new and old also having the crap scared out of you in certain scenes is fun.
Playing music is also great and my system is always playing with the volume up quite considerably now.

I have had my Jensen sub EHT-707 for several months now and could not be more happy with it
I am only using it currently for pure audio listening and I cannot imagine what listening would be like without it. Why did I wait so long? Perhaps because I was under the misapprehension that sub-woofers are only for multi-channel home theatre. How wrong I was!! It is not as if my speakers are sub-par either hence perhaps unfairly accentuating the addition of the sub-woofer - they are also Jensens (DX-80's) and so are serious speakers
Next step is to set up my home theatre system - can't wait to watch Star Wars with this sub!!!

EHT-707 Subwoofer is way better than my previous Bose 700 Bass (which I recently sold) in terms of characteristics to deliver deep and tight bass. I restrained myself playing it loud always as this sub lived up to expectation of being explosive (I don't have much free earplugs for the neighbors LoL). Very flexible as well when paired to Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 and Diamond 12.c bookshelf and center speakers for a 3.1 set-up both for music and movies. Kuddos to Court and Adam at Jensen for the recommendation and help.

After long delays due to Covid finally got my subwoofer and it’s amazing in a 5m X 4m room it’s overkill, great products from Jensen also have ceiling speakers for atmos

I have just moved into a new property. I connect the Jensen home theatre and literally the next morning, I have 2 Police Officers knocking on the door regarding a noise complaint from a disgruntled neighbour. The system at the time of playing was only just a touch above what would be considered background music. After all, I do have neighbours to consider. Let me explain.

With the gain turned up and the frequency turned to zero, you get such deep bass that from a distance, it’s more or less felt than heard. The earplugs that are included with every Jensen subwoofer won’t save your neighbours. Earplugs simply cannot stop something that you can feel. The performance of these subwoofers will not only be heard but also felt in neighboring houses wether they are turned up or just being played at background volume. No distortion, just deep bass that you won’t get out of an equivalent sized and branded sub. Phenomenal performance and well priced for their unrivaled performance. Daisy-chain as many of these EHT subwoofers as you like with as many singular RCA leads that you require. Use these subwoofers with the consideration of your neighbours, particularly in a townhouse setting as it turns out that background music can upset people too! I will be buying another EHT-707 soon to put at the back of the lounge room!

Even better than I had hoped. It shakes the house but without any distortion. I love it. I've binge watched all the Star Trek movies and Transformer movies, along with 2012 & San Andreas. It's like sitting in a VMax cinema.

Excellent Subwoofer, lovely natural bass sound. You can't go wrong with these speakers, one of the best I've heard.

I had my first unit for roughly 1 year before it mysteriously stopped working, lights on, signal clearly being passed through but 1% sound output, no more thumping base... just a muted shadow of its former self.

I reached out to Jensen support and they organised to have a new one shipped, apparently this just doesnt happen. (I was impressed)

I now find myself here, 18months later with the exact same issues. One day I turn it on and just notice the depth of bass is missing, run some tests and yup, no more thumping bass 1% volume even when cranked up past normal levels (and attachments normal levels this thing is usually LOUD)

I've reached out to support again, maybe it was a bad batch and I'm just unlucky.

I've searched and not seen a single bad review for these subs.

When it works, it sounds amazing, seriously impressive bass, my only concern now is longevity or quality control during the manufacturing process, I've never had a speaker die on me before, so 2 within 3 years seems odd... the front and back in wall speakers haven't skipped a beat.

This is the second Jensen EHT-707 I've owned. The first worked well and sounded great, but died big-time after a local power surge. Sadly, it was outside the 1 year amp warranty, so I bit the bullet and bought a brand new one. That that is why I went for four stars, simply because it possibly could have coped better with a power surge, especially when all the other A/V equipment survived the same surge. Apart from that, the sound is great if not pushed too hard. It can become a little embarrassed with some action movies where the LFE is intense, but, for music and most movies, it copes well and ounds good.

nice sub. Getting better as it loosens up. Firm but not overly aggressive sound. Let down by the amps low quality clip speaker attachments.

Awesome setup, sound is spot on. Great for everything, TV, movies, sport, music etc. Only complaint so far is my neighbour complaining about the noise being to loud when I had Rage Against The Machine playing when I got home from a big night.

I can’t say to much but geez this subwoofer gives off some bass!! Neighbours have mentioned they can feel it, lucky I get along with my neighbours. Did have a couple of issues where the amp had to be replaced and woofer had most likely gone but Jenson were very responsive, wouldn’t get service like that anywhere else! I won’t shop anywhere else for speakers and I have recommended them to some family members if they need speakers.

Finally received my Jensen sub after 6 months of waiting. Just, wow! My 7.1 surround now sounds like I'm at the cinema. This sub is awesome!

This awesome subwoofer completes my 7.1 system with amazing bass clarity. Works great on my timber floor. I have mine set at a fairly realistic level but if you're one of those doof doof nuf nufs, you can really crank it and it still holds its fab clarity.
