Please lodge an warranty request directly with us so we can help solve any issues quickly. We have service centres Australia wide, but there are usually options of in-home repair, which most customer prefer.
In the event of a Warranty claim, you must produce your original dated purchase receipt in order for service to be provided under this warranty.
